Patients usually search for a specific kind of care, such as a cardiologist or an orthopedic doctor. Clinara organizes your clinic around departments. The homepage shows a “Care Across Specialties” icon row for primary care, psychiatry, gynecology, cardiology, obstetrics and orthopedics. The Services page then lists six departments: General Medicine, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Emergency Care, Diagnostics & Imaging, and Pediatrics.
The Service Details page shows cardiology in depth. It explains what cardiology care covers and lists five signs that care may be needed, such as chest discomfort or high blood pressure. A six-step approach follows, from understanding health concerns and the first assessment to diagnostics, treatment planning and follow-up. A patient FAQ and an appointment call to action close the page. Duplicate it for each department.
Appointment Requests on Every Key Page
The appointment form is the most important part of any clinic website. Clinara’s form asks for first and last name, email, phone, the department and a message. The department dropdown includes general medicine, emergency care, cardiology and orthopedics, so requests go to the right team.
The form appears on the homepage, the Doctors page and the Contact page, where clinic hours, phone, email and address sit beside it. A Book Appointment button stays in the header, and most pages end with a short guidance band that invites a question or an appointment. Patients never have to look far to take the next step.

The FAQs page groups patient questions into six topics. They cover appointments and scheduling, your visit, services and medical care, test results and follow-up, general information and common questions. These cover referrals, rescheduling and how test results are shared, which saves your front desk many calls.
The About page tells your clinic story, explains your approach and includes a video section. The blog, “Health Insights & Medical Updates”, covers topics like when to seek emergency care and how to choose the right specialist. Organized by department. Icon rows, department cards and a department dropdown mirror how patients think about their care, which makes navigation simple even for older visitors.
