Marie includes a Contact Form and a Newsletter Form created with MetForm. You can edit the form fields, labels, buttons, messages, and email notification settings from your WordPress dashboard.
After importing the forms, configure the recipient email address and test each form before publishing. The included forms can collect enquiries and newsletter signups, but appointment scheduling, payment processing, CRM functionality, and email-marketing subscriptions are not included.
The images displayed in the Marie demo were sourced from Envato Elements. Purchasing this template does not transfer an Envato Elements license for those images.
